September 11, 2025 • Moorpark, CA

What’s the dress code?

Cocktail attire. We are not overly formal but please no jeans. This is an outdoor venue with some grassy areas. Think sunset photos, signature cocktails, and shoes you can dance in.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely. This is a family celebration and we’re excited to have little ones join the fun.

Where should I stay?

The closest hotel is the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Moorpark, about 10 minutes from the venue. We haven’t reserved a room block, so you’re free to stay wherever works best for you.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes—there’s plenty of parking on-site, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight if needed. Security will be present throughout the event.

Are you registered anywhere?

We do not have a traditional registry as we already have everything we need for our home. If you would like to give a gift, we would be thrilled for you to contribute to our honeymoon fund. You will find the link under the “Registry” tab.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?

There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony with hors d'oeuvres and drinks. A full buffet-style dinner will follow. Enjoy the open bar all evening and make sure to check out our custom cocktails.

Will there be cake?

Of course! We will also have a dessert bar for those that are anti-cake.

I have food allergies or dietary restrictions—what should I do?

Let us know when you RSVP and we will make sure you're taken care of.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Everything will happen at Walnut Grove in Moorpark.

Will there be dancing?

Definitely. There’s a dedicated stone dance floor under the trees, so bring your best moves (or at least your most enthusiastic ones). Don't forget to include your favorite song to dance to in your RSVP.

What’s the weather usually like in Moorpark in September?

Sunny and warm, with cooler temps in the evening. Plan for golden-hour glow, followed by light-jacket weather after sunset. (Translation: bring layers)
